I’m digging the Mountain Dew bottle guitar

I've restored several of these little parlors. Great little guitars. Kay,harmony,silvertone.. all made by harmony guitars for different department stores. Some are a labor of love, some are easy fixes. Restored to original playing condition, or resto mod (when you restore to playable but change a few things like truss rod, modern frets, X brace conversion, better tuners). These are so fun to play, and write with. So yes totally salvageable and worth it. Do it!

That coper pipe guitar is sick

How about pvc pipe? Maybe an upright bass from a bucket or 55 gallon plastic drum. I'd like to be able to play guitar in a downpour without destroying it. Well done.
